Technology and Operations Assistant

• Work with and assist the Director of Operations
• Provide on-the-ground IT support under the direction of an off-site IT company
• Help support daily school operations and technology needs
• Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and classroom technology issues
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and service-oriented approach with staff and students
• Salary range: $55,000–65,000

Assistant/Associate Teachers

• Support the educational development of students within the classroom setting
• Work closely with the Head Teacher to implement lesson plans and facilitate classroom activities
• Provide individual support to students based on their learning needs
• Help maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Foster a love of learning while upholding the values of YCQ and supporting each student’s overall growth and success
