Girls Shabbaton

I give permission for my child to attend the shabbaton and participate in all school-sponsored trips, outings, and off-campus activities organized by Yeshiva of Central Queens during the school year. I acknowledge that participation in these activities is voluntary and agree to release Yeshiva of Central Queens, its faculty, staff, and representatives from any liability arising from my child’s participation.**
